 The real ingenuity in winning a parade is figuring out how to create a massive impact on a limited budget. When given themes like "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree," "Candy Cane Wishes," or "Rudolph With Your Nose So Bright," my mind immediately goes to the unexpected "outside the box" angle that we can actually build. As the creative lead, I not only developed these high impact concepts but also managed the production and float team from the first sketch to the final build. I've been incredibly fortunate to have an excellent team of builders who could take my ambitious creative ideas and resourcefully bring them to life.
